Swiftly is a valuable and time-saving tool for Customer Service teams. In most cases, Customer Service can answer most common questions using Swiftly's Live Operations and GPS playback products. The video below will explain how to accomplish the following tasks:

  1. Answer "Where's my bus?" questions from passengers
  2. Locate a vehicle if you only have bus ID, or find a stop location if you only have stop ID or name
