Setting your Swiftly Dashboard Password for the First Time

Follow

Once your Swiftly Dashboard user account has been generated you will receive a "Welcome" email that contains a link to set your Dashboard password up. This link won't last forever, but it's no big deal if it expires.

To set your Swiftly Dashboard password for the first time, after the link has expired, the process is exactly the same as "resetting" your password - just follow the directions below.

1. Go to the Swiftly Dashboard login screen here: dashboard.goswift.ly
2. Click "Forgot Password" "Forgot
3. On the next screen, enter the email that is associated with your Swiftly Dashboard account. Click "Email Reset Link," and a "password reset" link will be sent to your email address.  Password_Reset_Button.png

4. If a new window does not open in your web browser after clicking the "Email Reset Link" prompting you to change your password, your browser may be blocking the "pop-up" window. Please allow the "pop-up" window to display in your browser, and you will be able to complete the password reset.

Note: if your agency has set up a Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with Swiftly, you will not be required to set a password to begin using the platform.

Forgot your login or email address used for your Swiftly account?

Please email your agency's Swiftly contact to confirm which email was used to generate your Swiftly account.
