Getting Help Within the Swiftly Dashboard

Getting help within the Swiftly Dashboard is quick and easy! 

There are three ways with Swiftly: 

1. Go to our online Help Center
2. Use our Help Button
3. Contact the Swiftly team

Help Center

You can go straight to the online Help Center directly from the Swiftly Dashboard. Click the menu bar in the top-right corner and click "Help."

This will take you directly to our online Help Center where you will find many articles and FAQs created to help answer your questions.

Help Button

Using the "Help Button" in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard, you can: 

• Search for answers quickly! Our entire library of Help Center articles and FAQs are available to search through right within the pop-up button. Simply type in what you're looking for and click "enter" to see results. You can view any article without having to leave the dashboard at all!

• Reach us for further questions. If you aren't able to find your answer in the Help Center you can also reach our Customer Success team by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of the Help button or email [e-mail].
