Mobile Devices
While Swiftly may technically work on tablets and mobile devices, the Swiftly Dashboard was designed for desktops and may not operate at peak performance when opened on a mobile device. iPad Pro devices would be considered mobile devices in this case and may not behave the same as a traditional desktop device.
Browsers
When opening the Swiftly Dashboard on a desktop, you will have the best experience using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Some aspects of the Swiftly Dashboard depend on technologies that may use cookies, trackers, or JavaScript to provide a more seamless experience for users. We recommend excluding Swiftly from any blocking extensions you may have installed. If your IT Administrator has installed these extensions on your behalf, please contact them to inform them of the incompatibility so they may resolve the issue.
Loading Large Sets of Data
Some features on the Swiftly Dashboard, such as GPS Playback, may load a great deal of information simultaneously. Depending on the size of your agency and the frequency of vehicles operating in the GPS Playback conditions you've created, there may be too much information available to be loaded onto your particular device. When the range or conditions you've set are too broad, try reducing the scope of data you'd like to see.
For example, if you're viewing the GPS Playback and you're experiencing stutters or the page crashing, please try reducing the time window you're viewing; instead of a four-hour window, try reducing that to a two-hour window.
