The routes you see from the Swiftly Dashboard (Live Map, GPS Playback, etc) are pulled directly from your agency's GTFS data. GTFS data includes static information about your agency's service, such as route shapes, stops, and schedules.
Your GTFS data may be managed internally or by another third-party GTFS manager, such as Trillium Solutions, Inc.
If there is a discrepancy in the route shape you see in the Swiftly Dashboard, you'll need to inform your GTFS manager. If you're unsure of who manages your GTFS, contact us via the Intercom message icon and we'll be glad to help you resolve the issue.
