How do we add a new user to the Swiftly Dashboard?

Follow

Whether you have a new supervisor, operations team member, or customer service representative using the Swiftly platform, adding new user accounts to the Swiftly Dashboard is quite simple.

The primary method of creating new accounts is through the use of an accounts sheet, which is a Google Sheets document that allows you to view all current user accounts for your agency and request new ones.

Accessing the account sheet

Your agency account sheet is shared between Swiftly and your agency and is maintained and updated by Swiftly's main point of contact at your agency. If you or a member of your team needs to be added to the account sheet, please use your agency's internal support methods to request a new account. They will then add you or your teammate to the sheet, which will automatically alert the Swiftly Team to set up the new user account.

If you are unsure whether your agency uses an account sheet, please email your point of contact at your agency or email support@goswift.ly

Filling out the account sheet

Use the fields in the account sheet to request the name, email, role, dashboard and module permissions you would like to set for a particular user. Ensure that if you're submitting a new request, the Account Status cell is set to "Request New User".

What confirmation do I receive when a new user request is added and invited to the platform?

When a user addition is completed, Swiftly staff mark the Account Status column as "Account Created".

This means the user has been created and that they have been sent an invitation email to set up their credentials.

I recently added a user, but their login link doesn't work. What do I do?

The link inside the initial ‘welcome’ email will only last for 72hrs. After that time, the link will no longer be useful.

The link can be re-requested here: https://swiftly.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/24401371230477-Setting-your-Swiftly-Dashboard-Password-for-the-First-Time”

How to remove users

In your Account Sheet, you'll find a drop-down option labeled "Request Removal." Use this option to notify Swiftly that a user should be removed because they no longer work at your agency or no longer require access to your dashboard.
