Resetting Your Account Password

Forgot your Swiftly Dashboard account password? Can't find the initial welcome/setup email? No problem!

Setting or resetting your password is simple. 

1. Go to the Swiftly Dashboard login screen here: dashboard.goswift.ly
2. Enter your email and click "Next"
3. Click "Forgot Password"
4. On the next screen, enter the email that is associated with your Swiftly Dashboard account. Click "Send Reset Link," and a password reset link will be sent to your email address. If a new window does not open in your web browser after clicking the "Email Reset Link" prompting you to change your password, your browser may be blocking the "pop-up" window. Please allow the "pop-up" window to display in your browser and you will be able to complete the password reset.

Account Not Found 

If you did not receive your password reset, your account may have not been created by your admin. Please reach out to your internal Swiftly contact to add you to Swiftly.
