We’re improving Swiftly’s Live Operations product to help dispatchers and operations staff proactively manage service issues. Instead of reacting to problems after they disrupt service, the new Issues in Live Operations functionality allows teams to identify and address issues as they occur.
The Live Map panel displays routes prioritized by the number of real-time issues and includes the ability to filter by issue type to focus on off-route vehicles, missing trips, early trips, etc.
We’re also releasing improvements to Swiftly’s Service Adjustments product, making it easier for staff to take action in cases where routes should be detoured or trips should be fully or partially cancelled.
These updates empower agencies to improve service reliability and the passenger experience by responding faster and more effectively to operational challenges.
