SMS & Voice View Basics
If your agency has Transitime and is using a Swiftly phone number for SMS/Voice services, you will see information populated in the “SMS & Voice” view. In this view, you can track how many SMS messages and calls are received on each phone number in your system.
In the “Number” section, you can choose between all of the phone numbers and shortcodes you currently have set up. Once you select which phone number you would like to see information about, you will see how many calls or SMS messages were received each month for that particular phone number.
