Route Groups View

The Admin Panel contains the Route Groups view, which allows you to manage the route groups in Swiftly's platform. 

You must have permission within the Swiftly dashboard to make any changes to your agency’s route groups configuration. To get permission, reach out to [e-mail].

Route Groups are visible in On-Time Performance product and Live Operations product

A route can belong to multiple route groups.

There is no limit to the number of route groups you can create.

Adding a New Route Group

To add a new route group, click the "Add Route Group" button.

Enter the route group name, and select the routes in the panel on the right side. 

Click the "Add Route Group" 

The route group will now be created in the Route Groups view, and you can now add or remove routes to it.

You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to create the route group.

Deleting a Route Group

To delete a vehicle, click "Edit" in the Action column of the selected route group.

You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to permanently delete the route group.
