Swiftly provides information on the status of transit routes from two sources: Official Alerts and User Reports. Official Alerts are advisories provided by the governing transit agency, while User Reports are user-generated content that allows users to share information about delays, crowding, and other critical issues.
If an alert was posted within the last hour, a red notification will be displayed on the Home screen.
Details about the alert can be viewed from the Arrival Times screen:
If delays have been reported by other Swiftly users, they can be viewed from the transit route's Arrival Times screen.
All nearby and recent User Reports can be viewed from the User Reports Feed, found at the bottom navigation bar of the Home screen.
